Dr. Kart has been a practicing CHiropractor in private practice now for over 25 years. After earning his Bachelor of Science from the University of the State of New York. He earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1995 from Life University in Marrietta, Georgia. Dr.Kart was born and raised in Westbury, New York, and moved to beautiful San Diego in 2006. He is married to his wife, Sonia, and they have five children.

Dr.Kart is passionate about holistic studies relating to the human body. He has completed numerous post-graduate classes in orthopedics, nutrition, functional medicine, and preventive medicine. He is also certified in Functional Medicine and several chiropractic techniques. His experience and expertise in Chiropractic will be a valued asset to our dedicated care team! Welcome, Dr.Kart!

Our mission is to help educate as many people as possible on the great things chiropractic can do, without drugs and surgery, to increase your function and help improve the quality of your life.

Dr. Dilliard has been freeing people from pain since 1983 and serves many people, not only in the East County area but in the entire San Diego County and surrounding areas. The specialized care that Dr. Dilliard offers has attracted clients from Del Mar to Chula Vista, from Pacific Beach to El Centro. As Chiropractors with experience they are committed to promoting the optimal health and well being of all patients.

At El Cajon Auto Accident Injury Clinic we implement a "whole person approach,"which means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function.
